Training and competitive salary starting up to $28.00/hour. FULL TIME BENEFITS, PART TIME WORK Essential job duties including but not limited to: Transport students over specified routes according to an established time schedule Transport students to events and field trips Comply with traffic regulations Drive safely and professionally Enforce the students discipline code Perform required pre-trip/post-trip inspections Supervise students while transporting them Skills and Abilities Understand written and verbal instructions Ability to read and interpret maps Ability to write reports for pre and post trip inspections and student discipline Ability to problem solve in a logical manner Ability to remain calm and patient at all times Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds occassionally Ability to use close, distance and peripheral vision as well as depth perception Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or equivalent Missouri commercial driver's license with P & S endorsements, required within 20 days of hire. Will train the right candidate with a permit CDL Experience: No experience necessary, will train the right candidate . Prior school bus experience, preferred. Must participate in all pre-employment screening including criminal background fingerprinting and physical along with participation in annual DOT required drug and alcohol testing and agility testing.
