OBJECTIVE:
In this full-time position, the employee will be asked to maximize the effectiveness of the location's equipment, buildings and grounds through proper maintenance and upkeep. The employee will be expected to supervise the repair and maintenance of the location's trucks and other equipment to assure they are in good operating condition in accordance with the location's budgetary guidelines as well as the guidelines of the FDA, OSHA and DOT. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:

• Are available to work full time hours.
• Are available to work Saturdays & Sundays (as needed)
• Are available to work overtime (as needed)
• Have the strength and agility to maneuver equipment (50-100 pounds) YOU ARE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Are able to load and unload trucks as needed
  • Are able to promote good customer relations HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:
    • A High School Diploma (or GED)
    • Agriculture background (helpful)
    • Mechanical ability
    • Welding ability
