Driver Pay Rates

• $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
• $1,000 - $1,100 Average Weekly Pay!
• Annually drivers average $50,000 with our top drivers earning $60,000+
• Orientation
• Trainee
• Detention: Starts after 1.5 hours Benefits and Bonuses
  • Additional bonuses for fuel efficiency, safety, and retention.
  • Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days Work and Route
    • Work Days: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
    • Hours: day shift begins between 3 and 5 AM; night shift begins between 3 and 5 PM
    • Loads: average of two and a half a day; average length of 127 miles
    • Driving Area: within 150 miles of Centralia Mill
    • Hiring Area: within 50 miles of Centralia, MO
    • Home Daily Requirements
      • Must be at least 21 years old
      • Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
