This position will require you to advance to a Level 3 of the customized Kraft Heinz - Columbia Plant's Pay-for-Knowledge Program. Additionally, you will require demonstration of strong leadership and electrical knowledge, which will be key. This position will oversee and monitor distribution of daily SAP work orders and PMs along with leading the Calibration Documentation per our company standards. This position is a key member of the plant maintenance team and will help with the advancement of the plant through participation in various improvement teams in the facility.The candidate awarded this position should be flexible and able to work extended hours and/or weekends as necessary to cover business needs, as well as some adjustment to shift/hours. After successful onboarding and training this position's primary shift will be Tuesday through Friday; 7 am to 5:30 pm.Primary Role and ResponsibilitiesHelp lead Electrical and Maintenance initiatives such as PM completion, project planning, and turnaround maintenance.Train and lead Electrical crew by providing planned and breakdown maintenance service to the entire facility.Advance on-the-job training and Pay-for-Knowledge Program for all electrical staff.Perform all observations and trainings timely as required.Assure ongoing compliance of safety and quality policies, and promote safety and quality awareness in the department.Perform all work in a safe manner and within all compliance requirements to avoid personal injury.Support plant Quality Systems and observe all plant GMP's to insure quality food products are produced.Achieve productivity standards by maintaining or exceeding standards for equipment availability.Aid in controlling product loss from process failures.Communicate information between work groups and keep open communication with line personnel and Operations management.Provide support and promote a team environment.Electrical troubleshooting and repair of all plant equipment and 480v/3 phase power distribution systems.Installation and maintenance of electrical equipment such as conduit, junction boxes, control panels, wiring, etc., in conformance to the National Electrical CodeUnderstand and troubleshoot complex Ethernet communication systems, programmable controllers and the I/O connected via Control Logix Software.Able to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot pneumatic, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.Able to create, read, and train on electrical/electronic schematics and drawings, fabricate control panels and start-up new and rebuilt equipment.Perform all other duties as assigned by management or required by business needs.Position Qualifications Working knowledge of PLC and Servo controls, VFDs, 480 VAC power distributions.Have excellent computer skills; strong knowledge of SAP.Demonstrate good decision-making abilities and communicate effectively.High School Diploma/GED Required.Must be able to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot complex equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.PLC knowledge (especially Allen Bradley), Relay Logic, VFD and Servo Drives, Process Instrumentation.Understand and able to communicate with team NEC as it relates to industrial installationsAdhere to all Kraft Heinz policies as stated in the Employee Handbook and follow all internal procedures.Location(s) Columbia PlantEqual Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
