Job Description:
Job Summary: To ensure proper operation of Guest Relations area
and to oversee the Guest Relations TeamPlease apply no later than
May 13.Successful applicants will need to be able to work outside
in a variety of weather conditions. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Perform all Guest Relations Supervisor duties
Schedule all Guest Relations team members including PBX and GIS
Oversee the Operation of the Guest Relations area Motivate
employees, provide job coaching and disciplinary action when
necessary Professional Guest and employee interaction to assist
with problems Initial and sign employees hours worked on time slips
Interact with Guests/ Employees in a positive manner Maintain a
clean work environment Resolve Guest issues through mail, phone,
email, and in person Interact with all levels of management to
resolve issues and fulfill inquires Perform other duties deemed
necessary by the supervisor and manager Efficient cash handling and
register operation Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma/
Some college preferred Computer knowledge- including excel, word,
power point, outlook, and internet. Knowledge of or ability to
learn Six Flags applications-SFTS, Accesso Passport Manager,
Salesforce, GSR, and CTMS Cues to Guest service, Guest/employee
safety and employee relations Two years admissions experience
preferred
