Job Description:

Seeking a BE/BC Nocturnist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to join our expanding system. System is a private, multi-clinic, single hospital system, providing services to patients from Northeast Missouri, Southeast Iowa and West-Central Illinois. We are nearing completion of our $61 million dollar renovation and expansion project. Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice consisting of 18 specialties and 45+ providers. The state of the art office is located in a Medical Office Building attached to the hospital. Compensation & Benefit Details:

• Competitive Base Salary
• $50,000 annual Production & Quality Bonus
• Additional shifts at a higher rate available for additional earning potential
• 7 on 7 off with flexibility
• 12 hour shifts
• 7p - 7a
• 182 Shifts per year
• Sunrise Allscripts EMR, with Dragon Capabilities
• Daily Encounters: Average 12-17 patients
• 24 Hour Intensive Care coverage available
