Janitor in Wentzville, MO3rd Shift / Tuesday - Saturday $16.78/hr - weekly pay Contract to Hire - Union after 90 Days Sign-on Bonus Pay IncreasesDescription: Responsible for cleaning activity in an automotive manufacturing facility. General activity includes janitorial activities, lifting, preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment, inspection of waste storage areas and documentation as required. Scheduling subject to union seniority.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES--- Using solvents, high pressure water blasters and manual scraping/chipping to clean walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots--- Grease rails and other minor preventative maintenance--- Vacuum and wipe interior and exterior of equipment--- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming--- Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning jobs as required--- Confined space entry procedures for safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleanedSkills:Cleaning, sanitation, janitorial, janitorial duties, industrial cleaner, housekeeping, facilities, sweeping, moppingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS--- High school diploma or GED--- Prefer 3 years experience with janitorial duties, power cleaning equipment--- Able to stand, kneel, bend and reach for extended periods of time--- Able to climb ladders and stairs without difficulty--- Lifting, carrying and pulling equipment of various size, shape, and weight--- Experience with motorized carts, fork lift truck, scrubbers a plusExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
