Job Description:
A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a non-exempt Enrollment
Services Coordinator on the Kirksville, Missouri campus. This
position reports to the Assistant Registrar - Enrollment Services.
This position is responsible for course registration and grading
processes for over 40 unique ATSU program pathways, including but
not limited to, registration (residential and online), processing
grades, performing degree audits for over 1,360 students annually
(residential and online), recording probation statuses, processing
student withdrawals, and maintenance of student academic records
for approximately 3,900 students.This position has a
telecommute/hybrid work location: a combination of on campus and

DutiesCommunicates with various University departments concerning
enrollment and registration changes related to new, current, or
former students.Troubleshoots registration issues and coordinates
with other departments or programs to resolve. Approximately 75,600
registrationchanges occur within a year.Responsible for knowing and
maintaining compliance with several federal regulations including
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Higher Education
Act (HEA), and Title IV regulations.Processes approximately 3,900
student enrollments and course registration.Generates related
reports to provide to academic departments.Distributes and collects
any outstanding final grade worksheets, and processes
grades.Prepares degree audits (residential and online) on
approximately 1,360 potential graduates annually ensuring the
student has met allacademic requirements for approval by Registrar
- Enrollment Services.Manages diploma orders, conducts research for
missing diplomas, and responds to questions.Processes approximately
4,200 status changes yearly including probation, withdrawal, and
dismissals.Responsible for accurately determining Withdrawal and
Last Day of Attendance dates to ensure Title IV Return (R2T4)
processes are completed timely and in compliance with the U.S.
Department of Education's regulations.Responsible for manually
entering 11,300 grades annually (not imported from the learning
management system).Performs GPA calculations and completes audits
of incoming student files.Provides transcripts for internal
requests received via the ATSU Ticketing System for Visiting
Student Application Service (VSAS),Electronic Residency Application
Services (ERAS), and ATSU Admissions online programs.Must work
closely with Information Technology Services (ITS) to troubleshoot
online registration and learning management system(LMS) and student
information system (SIS) integration issues.Fulfills electronic
diploma copies upon student request.Tracks students on extended
schedules.Runs reports to ensure all grades are received and posted
timely.Tracks that census requirements have been completed prior to
releasing Title IV aid disbursements in compliance with the U.S.
Department of Education requirements.Responds to data requests as
well as fulfilling tickets that are submitted through the ATSU
ticketing system.Provides support during high volume periods
responding to emails and answering phone calls.Ongoing training and
development in the areas of: federal financial aid programs,
academic records, FERPA, internal office professional development,
and the annual ATSU Required Employee Education (REE).Other duties
