Job Description Class A drivers run dedicated regional that is home that is home weekly. While weekends not guaranteed typical work week will be Sun-FriDedicated regional runHome weeklyStarting pay: $.64-.66CPM Pay increase every 6 months. $10K Sign on bonus Paid out at $1000/Month with first payment made 30 days after startAverage annual pay: $85,000-$90,000Drivers also get $40/Stop and $100 Trailer UnloadNOTE THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT AND INVOLVES PUTTING LIGHTWEIGHT BOXES ON CONVEYOR BELT. THE STORE PERSONNEL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING BOXES OFF THE CONVEYOR BELT AND PUTTING THEM AWAY. DRIVER ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING ON CONVEYORAll trucks: Freightliner and International, automatic with APUAll drivers will train for 5 days and are paid $200/DayFull benefits after 60 days:PTO, Medical, Dental and 401KCan have rider and pet as soon as training is over can not have during training RequirementsMust have at least 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last two years can be local, regional, or OTR but must be 40trailer and Class A vehicle to qualifyNo more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months. No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months and this includes 15+, careless, reckless, cell phone violation, improper lane change etcNo more than 4 preventable accidents/incidents in the last 12 months and no more than 2 of thos can be non-dot accidents in the last 12 months with no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
