In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs. Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status. Execute collection calls on delinquent account. Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking. Other duties as assigned.Must have availability to work: Monday Thursday 8:30 am 5:30 pm. Fridays 8:30 am 6:00 pm. Saturdays 8:30 am 12:30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs). Some overtime may be required.
