Due to critical service need of the communities we serve, we are offering a $1500.00 sign-on bonus.* We are eager to continue to provide quality and compassionate care in our service areas and need you to make this happen!We are looking for individuals to work full-time, 40 hours weekly on days, evenings, and weekends within our adult residential recovery program. Our direct support professionals are responsible for supervision of consumers to ensure their safety and well being while participating in our adult substance use disorders centers. In order to thrive in this role you must be comfortable working closely with people who have an addiction disorder and have a desire to provide excellent client care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC::Provide group education.Log new medications and store appropriately on unit.Supervise/monitor consumersCollect and process UD'sEnsure safety of consumers by appropriately responding to crisis situations as they occur.Assist client(s) with transportation as clinically indicated.
