Our vision in Digital Portfolio Operations is to be the invaluable partner to the Digital Portfolios by bridging execution excellence with operational intelligence.
The Products & Services we provide to the Digital Portfolios include: Strategic Enablement: Business Alignment, Engagement Model and Stakeholder Feedback Delivery Excellence: Resource/Financial Planning, Metrics & Analytics, Reporting and Insights & Storytelling Team Enablement: Onboarding, Tools & Process Optimization, and Content Management What You'll Do:--- --- Provide leadership for a team of Product Operations Managers (POMs) who provide operational support for the Digital Product Portfolios - ensure the timely execution and quality of the work the team performs Manage people leadership, talent development, and mentoring to associates through coaching, timely feedback and holding the team accountable for results Align team strategies, responsibilities and priorities with strategic direction of the Firm & the Digital Division Develop a solid understanding of the team's systems, tools, processes, and reporting Drive continuous improvement through operational best practices and evolving new capabilities Establish effective relationships across portfolio leaders, departments/teams, vendors & other stakeholders Qualifications: What Experience You'll Need: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of related business experience with increasingly responsible positions. Experience includes leading teams, planning, setting strategy and direction, and leading large, complex efforts. 1+ years of people leadership experience including demonstrated ability to deliver results through others. 5+ years of project management or Agile/product management experience. Experience mentoring associates in similar role (project leaders, POMs) Ability to multi-task and effectively lead during ambiguity and/or a fast pace of change
What Could Set You Apart:

--------- ---Experience in planning for execution in Agile and Agile Transformations preferred

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
