What You'll Do:
The Product & Agile Center of Excellence is looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach that will lead at the strategic level to help us foster a culture of agility and optimize our ability to deliver value to our clients in support of our firm's business transformation. You will partner with a team of Enterprise Agile Coaches to meet people and teams where they are while finding pragmatic solutions to help them be successful on their journey. As part of this team, you will also:

  • Leverage expertise in Business Agility to enable the firm to develop and execute on a holistic Product & Agile transformation strategy
  • Partner and advise executive leaders on organizational designs, process and culture changes that enable Business Agility
  • Support the Product & Agile transformation through coaching, consulting, and influencing
  • Foster agility across the organization by developing and facilitating large group events that impact all aspects of ways of working, including governance, collaboration, and alignment
  • Educate executive leaders on Business Agility, the benefits of this way of working and how it applies to their organization
  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
  • Provide leadership and coaching to executives and senior leaders on the Agile mindset, practices, and scaling concepts
  • Challenge the status quo and respectfully expose organizational impediments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement leading to optimal value delivery
  • Leverage organizational or Business Agility assessments to create and execute coaching strategies specific for the organization and its leaders
  • Provide mentorship by sharing personal experiences and expert knowledge of Business Agility in a way that is aligned to mentee's goals
  • Coach and mentor teams to effectively apply business agility frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels of high-performance, such as autonomy, empowerment, conflict-resolution, self-organization, and qualityWhat Experience You'll Need:
    • Professional with demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach involved in large-scale, strategic transformations.
    • Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations.
    • Extremely high attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively navigate tough situations with professionalism and courtesy for others
    • Self-starter, with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
    • Effective communicator able to craft clear and compelling stories for diverse audiences.
    • Proven record of managing competing priorities to deliver results in complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment.
    • Confidence and maturity to partner effectively across the organization and challenge the status quo while inspiring people to be open to change
    • Proficiency in working with one of the following frameworks and ability to learn other frameworks and utilize the best practices from each framework, for applicable situations:
    • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
    • Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
    • Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
    • Kanban
    • ScrumWhat Could Set You Apart:
      • Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Agile Coach or Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant
      • Proven ability to build a rapport and trust with employees at all levels, including senior leadership teams
      • Proven record of managing competing priorities to deliver results in complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment
      • Ability to influence the influential, (ability to lead others into an appropriate direction to best help move teams successfully to their goals)
      • Ability to leverage data to accelerate decision making and outcomes; KPIs, OKRs, etc---

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
            Salary: $128299 - $218456
