Senior Solutions Specialists are responsible for leading the strategy and integration of new feature level changes to our Advice, Planning, Products, Services and Experiences through a change management framework. You will contribute to the team, department, division and firm initiatives to strengthen talent, culture and community.

This role requires experience with high-impact, complex business projects and requires a high degree of strategic thinking, delivering the right results and championing change. You will need advanced-level change management expertise as well as industry acumen in order to better understand and tie change initiatives to firm purpose, positive impact to business partners and our clients.

Change Leader Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and integration of change management on medium to large-scale, complex business projects to drive adoption, achieve client outcomes and results, and enhance the experience for those impacted.Lead the application of the firm's change management process and tools throughout the project lifecycle, in partnership with the project change team.Informally lead, partner with and influence stakeholders across the firm, including senior leaders and cross functional teams of associates.Make connections between assigned projects and other initiatives happening at the firm to consider potential impacts and alignment opportunities.Identify measures of successful adoption, usage, proficiency and change risk mitigation in consultation with sponsor, business leader(s) and project change team.Gather, data and insights in order to understand and execute change levers through supporting capabilities. (i.e. Enterprise Communications, Solutions Coaching, Enterprise learning, Etc)Serve in a consultative approach on smaller-scale efforts to provide the branch and client perspective in determining appropriate change needs.
Team Responsibilities:
Serve as a key influencer on enhancements and improvements to the team processes, systems and workflow tools.Serve as a resources for peers and proactively assist as knowledge gaps are identified.Accountable for proactively maintaining their capacity and other work related documentation.What you will need:
Bachelors Degree requiredRelevant financial services experience and/or change management experience.SIE, Series 7 Top-Off & 66 within 6 months of hireWhat could set you apart:
7+ years of financial services experience and/or change management experience.Change management or related experience on complex business projects.Demonstrated ability to represent the perspectives of individual investors, financial advisors and branch office administrators.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
