investors.The CSG Risk Analytics Leader will join Client Strategies
Group Risk Management as we continue to accelerate and deepen the
first-line risk capabilities of our firm's Advice, Planning
Products and Services in support of our firm's transformation. The
CSG Risk Analytics Leader will be responsible for leading
capabilities within CSG to better understand, effectively manage
and communicate the risk profile of the division via risk analytics
and visualization. This includes the execution of the firm's risk
management framework, in adherence to Enterprise risk standards by
identifying, measuring, responding to and reporting on the risks of
CSG's business, such as operational, strategic, model, financial
and other risk types.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading team members in achieving CSG
Risk Management's objectives of Risk Insights and First Line Model
Risk Management.Providing analytical risk insights to large and
often complex initiatives to drive risk-optimized decisions.
Conceiving and executing best in class risk analytic solutions
which includes advanced risk analysis, quantitative risk
measurement, risk modeling, scenario analysis and key risk
indicators. Equip team members with the analytical knowledge and
skills to inform the prioritization of deliverables and trade off
decisions to meet the needs of stakeholders.Partnering with senior
leaders to integrate quantitative risk analytics into business
decisions.Influence business areas on how to effectively use risk
analytics to solve business issuesTranslate firmwide messaging to
ensure functional understanding and change managementAccountable
for the appropriate analytical approach for the business needs of
identifying, measuring, responding to and reporting on
risk.Responsible for translating the strategy of CSG's Risk
Insights and First Line Model Risk Governance into execution and
implementationExecute the CSG's front line model risk management
framework, aligned to ERM standards and policies. Collaborate with
business, functional and other divisional and enterprise risk
partners to ensure comprehensive identification, tracking,
mitigation, resolution and reporting of risks/issuesEducate leaders
across CSG on model risk and analytical concepts and best
practices.Skills / Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant prior experience
required3-5 years people leadership preferredExperience in
quantitative or STEM fieldBachelor's Degree in relevant field
required, Master's Degree or advanced designation such as CFA or
FRM preferred
- Series 7 required or attainable within twelve months of hire
Experience building teams and managing people preferred, with a
focus on diversity and inclusion Strong leadership capability with
ability to drive accountabilityExperience in building relationships
and networksAbility to manage in an environment of significant
changeStrong critical thinking skillsAbility to solve complex,
non-routine problems, which includes development of innovative and

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
