Below is a list of your responsibilities as
a Licensed Mental
Health Professional with Corizon Health at Farmington Correctional
Center located in Farmington, Missouri:
offenders for behavioral health needs through intake, sick call,
follow up, and restrictive housing contacts.

Licensed in state of employment as either a Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Psychological Examiner
At least 2 years of experience in providing social work services in
an inpatient psychiatric facility.
Possess good interpersonal communication skills. Able to
effectively interact with institutional staff, medical staff, and
