We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.US Remote EligibleCoordinate the integration, deployment, sustainment, maintenance, and operations of systems and/or services monitored in the Command Center Operations.Provide technology support for Command Center Operations and are accountable for the overall success of integration projects, ensuring alignment with Firm priorities and business strategies.Determine and resolve relevant operational factors that impact interoperability and system interface. Represent Command Center Operations as the subject matter expert during Technology cross-functional groups.Experienced in engaging partners, both internal and external to an organization external partners and fostering teamwork in support of overall mission success.Demonstrated experience analyzing and identifying potential opportunities for Technology process improvement and following through.Analyzes systems and makes recommendations to prevent possible problems. Takes lead on issue resolution activities using knowledge of complex and firm-wide systems. Utilizes time management and project management skills to lead the resolution of issues in a timely and organized manner, effectively communicating necessary information. May consult directly with clients or third-party vendors; provides subject matter expertise.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the enterprise architecture.Provide leadership related to technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices and processes and standards that apply to Command Center Operations. Research technical improvements and takes the initiative to communicate/implement solutions.Follow Incident Management policy and processes; ensuring incident response procedures are followed in a timely manner.Ensuring all appropriate support groups are engaged and focused on restoring service in a timely manner.Notifying, escalating, and communicating to leadership and affected stakeholders the existence of service impacts when required.Communicates issues and problem resolutions with all affected stakeholders, business areas and vendors.Research requirements to determine system feasibility, costs, benefits, or functional requirements.Ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resources.Actively mentor and train other associates. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Telecommunications or Engineering preferred or related work experience.Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to technical area of expertise.Considered a subject matter expert in an I.S. discipline (business solutions, systems development, infrastructure area, planning, security) and have experience across multiple platforms in an area or multiple technologies in a layer (network, computing, operating systems, data, application infrastructure, appliances, business solutions, security, systems management).Ability to develop system designs within area of expertise.Ability to perform analysis of system requirements to determine feasibility, costs, benefits.Demonstrates the ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership to align objectives with the overall Firm strategy.Able to create a strong team environment and build technical skills through training and mentoring of others.Ability to influence Team Leaders, Project Leaders and/or associates in a matrix organization.Establish and maintain effective relationships across departments, business areas, and vendors.Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.Ability to multi-task and participate in multiple large and complex efforts or projects.Knowledge of brokerage or financial company processes.Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.Embraces change and considers different approaches to issues.Takes personal responsibility to improve processes and systems.Strong understanding of project management concepts.Presents ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information persuasively.
