investors.------------------Edward Jones is looking for a
Department Leader to help support innovation and growth within the
Development Experience Environments and Test Data Management team.
The Department Leader plans, directs, and manages a team of
associates and contractors who are responsible for supporting
current Development, Test, UAT and Preprod environments used by the
Edward Jones development The responsibilities include maintaining
and optimizing current environments to support development
needsResponsible for developing and executing future environments
strategy including design and maintenance of environments in cloud,
Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Support, Security, Quality,
Disaster Recovery.Responsible for the build out and management of
Test Data Management team and best practices. Responsible for
developing TDM strategy as well as managing test data on all
platforms using TDM tools, automate test data refresh and creation
processUnderstanding of agile software development methodologies
and processes within IS (change management, QA, Project Life Cycle,
etc.)Required understanding of design, installation, maintenance,
retirement of Enterprise Level Development Environments (Dev, QA,
UAT, Prod)Required understanding of both technical and operational
components of infrastructure- including hardware, software,
policies, processes, data and equipment for business
effectiveness.Required understanding of creating and using of test
data (TDM)Knowledge of change management process in non-prod and
prod environments.Knowledge of capacity management, resource
forecasting, trend analysis, dashboarding and monitoring of systems
in prod and non-prod environmentsRequired understanding of DevOps
technologies related to or dependent on the team's systems.Required
understand of creating, modifying complex environments in
cloudKnowledge of Configuration Management platforms and Cloud
Technologies.Knowledge of developer tools and their interactions,
infrastructure dependencies, system controls, monitoring, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience. 10 years of
experience directly related to Information Systems technology with
at least 5 years of Leadership (or equivalent) responsibilities
preferredUnderstanding of the department---s systems, processes and
