Job Description:
Up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience Supports the
General Manager by executing the highest standards of shift
performance against established operational guidelines of Penn
Station. Working with fellow employees, peers and management staff
to continually improve, communicate and execute shift objectives is
a key component to a shift leader position. Additional
responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in
maximizing the financial success of the restaurant through ensuring
productive shifts. Leading by example, motivating the crew, taking
initiative and delivering outstanding customer service is a must
for this position.
