Job Description:

We are looking for individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Ideal candidates have a high attention to detail, ability to operate in a task-oriented manner, and a 'get-it-done' demeanor. Team members are responsible for assisting customer by phone, email, text message, and in person by fielding questions and scheduling reservations.


Responsibilities:


* Assist clients in scheduling/modifying appointments

* Explain services, pricing, and answer other questions for prospective and existing clients

* Timely communication with individuals through email, phone, sms, and through social media.

* Updating pet records in our systems as needed

* Checking in/out of clients' pets from utilize services

* Taking payment for services


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

* Customer service: 2 years (Required)
