Job DescriptionSalary: $47,000.00-$55,000.00Vacation: 5-7
DaysSick: 3 DaysRestaurant Volume: 1.3-1.5 Million Per YearThis
position will require a minimum of 50(5 days) per week with peak
season hours topping out at 60 (6 days). We work hard but we also
play hard. The idea for this position is someone who has the
ability to master a kitchens work force and work flow as well as
someone who has aspirations to manage the front of house and learn
the operations side of the business. If you have a background in
project management we would be interested in talking to you but our
goal is to find someone who can slip right into a kitchen and take
charge. Training will be done 100% with ownership so that you can
understand the needs of the business immediately. This isn't a job
where we are replacing someone or downsizing a position. Ownership
needs to focus on other aspects of the expansion of the business
and now this role has come into play. Know that you are stepping
into a position surrounded by a much younger upper
management/ownership team that averages their ages at 32 years old.

looking for another team player to help out.Qualifications:5-10
years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment or
commensurate experience in a similar industry.Leadership experience
including hiring/firing, staffing, coaching, training, scheduling,
ordering, etc.Cost management experience - mindfulness around labor
splits and cost of goods that drive our business model.Must live
within a decent commute - we don't want half of your day to be
spent driving to get to work. It's a hard job and the last thing
you need is a two-hour commute home.Clean appearance: beards and
tattoos are acceptable.No violent incidents or felons need apply.
We will work with people with alcohol convictions but no violent
crimes.Major Pluses:College education or technical school education
that applies to this industry.ServSafe certified to the management
level. If not this will be needed to be completed within the first
year of employment.Military or service background with skills in
leadership/project management.Passion for the service industry as a
whole with your ear to the ground about upcoming foods and
beverages that might fir our establishment.
