If you're looking for work in Missouri and can work a long-term temporary position, this could be the Customer Service Representative opportunity for you!Responsibilities- Field and send written business correspondence- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Receive and place telephone calls- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashionJob Requirements:- Customer service and office administrative skills- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Excellent communication and organizational skills- 1+ years of past relevant experience- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research- Call Center Customer Service experience desired- Foundational knowledge in data entry- Resolve Customer Service experience- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook- Strong familiarity with Inbound Outband Calls- Knowledge of customer service- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications- Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customersIf you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
