Unit in an acute care hospital setting. Working night shifts with a
focused patient ratio, you will apply your nursing skills in a

of work. Key Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 2 years'
bedside nursing experience, preferably in step-down or critical
care settings - Current certification in ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke
Scale - Experience managing titration of vasopressors, sedation
medications, insulin drips, tracheostomy vents, arterial lines,
external pacemakers, and chest tubes - Recent bedside clinical
practice within the last 6 months is required - Ability to float
within scope to lower acuity floors when needed Role
Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients
requiring intermediate/critical monitoring and complex
interventions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient
care plans - Monitor patient status closely, intervening as
necessary for changes in condition - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation using EPIC electronic charting system - Work 3
consecutive 12-hour night shifts (7 pm to 7:30 am) with a patient
ratio of 1:4 - Commit to two shifts every other weekend, with
weekend shifts scheduled based on rotation Additional Details: -

color for clinical staff is navy - Pending licenses are accepted
for candidates within a 75-mile radius - Guaranteed hours amount to
