Qualifications:

• 3 + years as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing in a nursing home, assisted living, or long-term care environment.
• Specialist or highly knowledgeable of business management, Medicare and Medicaid policies, and regulations.
• Strong clinical knowledge.
• Ability to serve and achieve relevant and challenging goals for self and team.
• Strong skills in business and financial management.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university. Responsibilities include:
  • Organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Department.
  • Maintains high standards of care for all patients.
  • Proactively anticipating and responding to resident, staff, and facility needs.
  • Provides coaching, training, and development of a quality nursing team.
  • Guide clinical matters, facilitating and/or providing oversight of training, education, and effective clinical practices. Benefits:
