As an Associate Product Manager, you will be an integral team member of the Retirement Products team within Edward Jones' Wealth Management Advice and Solutions division. The Retirement Products team, including Retirement Income, Individual Retirement Accounts, Workplace Plans and Annuities, is responsible for Edward Jones's retirement initiatives including our existing and new investment solutions. Your role will require significant data management and analysis experience that will support high-impact, complex business projects, delivering the right results and championing change. While focused on data analysis and management within the Retirement Products team, we envision this candidate transitioning to a Product Manager role depending on aptitude and interest.



Key Responsibilities: Conduct meaningful descriptive data analysis to inform business decisions. Primarily by performing root cause, exploratory, sensitivity and scenario analysis, hypothesis testing, economic modeling, and data visualization to identify patterns/trends/insights etc. on ambiguous business problems.Review the effectiveness of programs, perform calculations, summarize, and present insights to enhance future efforts using appropriate descriptive statistical methods.Create data visualizations that simplify complex information in a robust, accurate, and appealing visual story that engages end users and drives them to action.Design and execute measures, KPIs and descriptive analytic analysis by leveraging business acumen and analytic acumen.Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data & analytics to drive business outcomes.
Span of Influence:
The span of influence in this position is moderate. Regularly interface with associates in Products, Product Review, Marketing, Data Analytics and Solutions.
Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire.Generally, 3+ years of relevant financial services and data analysis experience.
Progressive experience interacting with various database and file storage systems, data manipulation language (i.e. SQL), and/or data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI).Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks/projects and adjust to changing priorities with minimal leader inputAdvanced financial analysis, forecasting, and complex financial modeling skills, such as sensitivity analysis incorporating multiple variables and financial analysis of business decision alternatives
Preferred:
Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, economics, accounting, math, engineering, actuarial science, etc.).Experience using statistical tools such as R & Python.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
