Job Description:
SUMMARY This position is responsible for overseeing the daily
management of the production facility and all assigned personnel.
This position ensures the operations of the production plant meet
volume and schedule. Ensures the activities of the production plant
are aligned as needed to guarantee task completion for the greatest
efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude but are not
limited to the following:
Plan, implement, and control the
production scheduleReview and adjust the schedule where
neededDetermine and manage human and material resources needed to
meet production targetsMake decisions about equipment use,
maintenance, modification, and procurementDesign and implement and
enforce standard operating procedures for production
operationsImplement and adhere to all applicable health and safety
proceduresEstablish and monitor quality standards for all
productsExecute and enforce quality control and tracking programs
to meet quality objectivesAnalyze production and quality control
data to detect and correct problemsIdentify and employ improvements
to the production processPrepare and maintain production
reportsMonitor and review the performance of staff and organize
necessary interventions for improvementEstimate production costsSet
and manage production budgetsImplement cost control programsEnsure
efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant
departments including procurement, distribution, and
managementGENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Ability to perform several tasks

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,
Engineering, or Industrial TechnologyExperience in production and
manufacturing processes and techniquesKnowledge of business,
finance, and management principlesKnowledge of engineering and
technology principles and practicesSkills in process improvement
techniques
- Knowledge of Raw Materials Knowledge of quality systems and
standardsExperience with machines and toolsUnderstanding of health
and safety standards and complianceFamiliar with human resource
principles and practicesHighly proficient in Outlook and all MS
