Assistant Director of Student Relationship ManagerDepartment: Recruitment and AdmissionsLocation: Columbia, MOType: Staff, Full-timeJob Summary:The Assistant Director position is a multifaceted role encompassing software administration, systems analysis, and overseeing projects of varying size and complexity. This position requires strong technical aptitude, customer service skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

  • Provide highly complex technical administration and support for Columbia College's main CRM solution and technologies supported by the RAD (Recruitment and Admissions) department.
  • Support, design, and troubleshoot data integrations between systems.
  • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the RAD department, the Enrollment Marketing and Communications division and among departments and divisions across the College.
  • Identify and evaluate solutions and define process workflows to meet customers' needs.
  • Perform vended software system upgrades and monitoring of upgrades.
  • Assist in prioritizing projects and tasks for the SRM department.
  • Participate in meetings with vendors and colleagues at all levels of the organization, leveraging various technologies to effectively collaborate with in-person and remote participants.
  • Continually develop soft and technical skills through personal initiative and training opportunities. Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and product roadmaps to help identify risks and opportunities that should be considered.
  • Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance to system requirements, and to evaluate enhanced functionality.Key skills:

      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent job experience
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office and firsthand experience creating process and system flowcharts and related technology oriented process documentationPreferred Qualifications:
        • Experience in higher education
        • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
