your future with us. The Boeing Precision Engagement Systems Team
is currently looking for a Lead Electrical Design and Analysis
Engineer to join the team based in St. Charles, MO. This candidate
will be a part of a high-performing engineering team that is
immersed in development and high non-recurring projects. The
candidate will be accountable to oversee all design and analysis
aspects of Common SIL Test Equipment for Precision Engagement
System Products . This candidate will need to work closely with
executive functional and program leadership, program and product
chief engineers, and the product team members to develop the
overall technology roadmap for Common SIL Test Equipment for
Precision Engagement System Products , provide oversight and
guidance to resolve all complex technical issues, and mentor
engineers. The candidate must exemplify the Boeing Behaviors in
day-to-day operations. Position Responsibilities: Develops and
documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system
requirements Designs hardware, software and interface
specifications Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet
operational and functional requirements Assists in monitoring
supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance
with requirements Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and
software over the entire product lifecycle Researches specific
technology advances for potential application to company business
needs Experience as a Lead Technical Engineer Requires 25% travel
International and US Requires Valid Passport for International
Travel This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science 9 years related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with
electrical design tools and software Strong understanding of
electrical systems, circuits, and components Ability to perform
complex electrical analyses and simulations Experience with
industry standards and regulatory requirements Ability to obtain
special access programs (SAP) Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): 14 years related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced degree
(Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with specific electrical design software such as MATLAB,
SPICE, or similar tools Knowledge of aerospace industry standards
and practices Ability to mentor and train junior engineers

Summary pay range for Senior Level 4: $129,200 - $174,800 Summary
pay range for Senior Level 5: $154,700 - $209,300 Applications for
