(AD) Product Security Engineering (PSE) Capability is seeking
Associate Product Security--Engineer (Level 2)--to perform Product
Security Engineering activities on the MQ-25 program in Hazelwood,
MO. Please note that this role is not an IT cybersecurity role but
is, instead, a technical engineering position ensuring that we meet
our customer requirements to develop secure platforms to enable the
safety of our warfighters and mission success. Candidates can
expect to be challenged, learn about security considerations, and
develop themselves as engineers.MQ-25 Stingray is an unmanned,
carrier-launched, combat vehicle for aerial refueling and
intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities. Boeing
won the Engineering Development Models (EDMs) contract and are
working towards developing additional test aircrafts. Candidates
supporting this program will get first hand involvement in these
aircrafts and be a part of this exciting developmentThis is an
exciting opportunity to join in at the ground floor of the new
Product Security Engineering function at Boeing and to help shape

Further development opportunities include a week-long introductory
Product Security course, Lunch and Learns, Internal Research and

are also opportunities for candidate to support other programs
across the overall team, including F-15, F/A-18, T-7, F-22, and
B-52.Successful--candidates will have diverse interests and
experience to help apply different lenses on our product
architectures to ensure the integrity and security of our Boeing
products. While a candidate with a cybersecurity engineering
background is a plus, it is not required to be considered for this
position. Candidate must show the willingness to learn about
product security in addition to the ability to think technically
and problem solve.We are looking for strong "systems of systems"
thinkers and natural integrators/testers. We are seeking engineers
with robust educational and/or experiential backgrounds in fields
including - but not limited to - Electrical Engineering, Software
Engineering, Systems Engineering, Avionics, Mission Systems, and/or
Cybersecurity. Candidates who aspire to learn in-demand engineering
skills in a rapidly growing field are encouraged to
apply.Occasional domestic travel may be required.Position
Responsibilities:
- Integrating security into our system architectures and
designs.
- Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Managing the cybersecurity risk of our supply chain.
- Ensuring the security of delivered Boeing software
- Requirements/specification development, allocation and
verification
- Test procedure development, test execution and/or problem
resolution.
- Technical documentation development to meet contractual
deliverable requirements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical understanding of
systems, and strong communication skillsThis position requires the
ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US
Government requires US Citizenship.-- An interim and/or final U.S.
Secret clearance Post Start is required. Basic Qualifications:
(Required Skills/Experience):
- Technical Bachelor's Degree or greater, (technical degree is
defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in an engineering,
computer science, mathematics, or scientific field of study)
- Basic understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
(Engineering V)
- Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
along with both the NIST and DOD standards for RMFPreferred
Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience in requirements analysis
- Experience with military aircraft systems
- 2+ years of experience with Systems Security or Product
Security Engineering
- Cybersecurity IAT/IAM Level 1 Certificate or higher IAT/IAM
level: IAT Level 1 - A+, Network+, SSCP, IAM Level 2 - CAP, GISF,
GSLC, Security+
- Cybersecurity or Engineering related degree (i.e. software,
computer, network, or systems engineering degree)Typical
Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired
through advanced technical education from an accredited course of
study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related
work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education
and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is a
preferred, although not required, accreditation
standard.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on
