The safety, well-being and career growth of our team members are the benchmarks of our success.Our Values: SACRIFICESafety - Accountability - Customer Centric - Return on Investment - Integrity - Family - Innovative - Community Involvement - EmpowermentPosition OverviewUnder the direct supervision of the Fleet Services Manager, the position provides administrativesupport to the Fleet Department.Roles And Responsibilities* Provide E360 System Admin duties as assigned* Enter outside vendor invoices* Create/Monitor various work orders* Add these invoices to cost ledger* Manage and administer all Alerts* Perform cost imports once that process is ready* Start building our reference parts list for units* Perform mileage imports once this is ready* Work on mileage offsets between E360 and Zonar* Verify technician daily time* Request missing unit info from Tech when you see WO open for it* DOT Driver file maintenance and complianceKey ResponsibilitiesZonar* Keep driver records updated* Reports* Missing/Manual Inspections* GPS health* Speeding alertsGeneral* Credit Card Statements* Depreciation Schedules across companies* All invoice related admin* Manage equipment claim form* Vehicle registrations and Apportioned registrations* IFTA Reporting* Perform other duties as assignedSUCCESS FACTORS:* High School diploma or its equivalent* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role* Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)* Organized* Detailed Oriented----- work requires attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines* Time Management - the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities* Problem solving----ability to find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work* Strong team player* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Punctual* Able to work with minimum supervision* Commitment to company values* Ability to work under demanding conditionsPREFERRED SKILLS:* Associates degree or great is a plus* Minimum of 1-5 years' construction services experience is a plus* Working knowledge of construction documents (plans and specifications) is a plus* Knowledge of Microsoft Projects is a plusWork Conditions / Environment* Position requires the handling of construction phase documentation.
