Exchange Inc., one of the most respected privately owned trucking companies in the St. Louis area, is now seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Administrative Team.We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and precise professional to assist in our accounting department. If you thrive working in a fast-paced environment, are a positive, outgoing person, and want to be part of a growing company you could be a great fit for our team!Responsibilities and Duties may include:Reconciles and posts fuel transactions and money codes.General ledger journal entries and reconciliations.Accounts payable management as needed.Manager fuel transactions, money codes and reefer refunds.Assists with processing driver payroll and verifying report accuracy.IRP licensing for company tractors and trailers.Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions.Serves as backup for driver payroll and warehouse billing.Provides excellent service to co-workers, customers, and vendors.Responds to email and phone calls with the appropriate level of information.Maintains a positive and professional manner at all times.Additional administrative and accounting functions may be assigned as required.EducationA minimum of an Associate's degree in business administration, accounting, or a similar program. Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience2- 4 years of accounting experience required.Stable job history is a must.SkillsMS Office skills required.Excellent written as well as oral communication skills; ability to communicate with a diverse group of team members.
