investors.Edward Jones is seeking a highly skilled individual to
serve as an FP&A Analyst on the Financial Planning and Analysis
team within the Finance Division. Responsibilities include
supporting a finance team whose primary role is to help business
areas articulate quantitative economic outcomes of work and help
senior decision makers allocate investment across a variety of
teams, projects, and efforts consistently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with functional stakeholders to support and evolve
annual and multi-year planning and outlooking processes.
- Help business partners across the firm understand the financial
and economic impact of business decisions by performing ad-hoc and

- Participate in and occasionally lead cross-functional teams

- Work effectively in a matrixed finance organization and across
the broader enterprise. Identify and coordinate resources (people,
systems, tools) not in your immediate hierarchy.
- Effectively communicate recommendations and complex analysis
into easily digestible materials for varied audiences.
- Integrate project, division and/or program-level measurements
to influence strategic direction.
- Educate senior leaders across the firm on financial and
analytical concepts and best practices.Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or
- Relevant work experience will be considered
- MBA or advanced degree or certification is required
- Years Work Experience: 5+Depth of Knowledge
- Consulting and/or corporate fp&a experience is a plus.
- Financial Services industry experience is a
