infrastructure, digital initiatives, and virtual business
enablement tools. We're currently in the test and learn phase and

The Headquarters Branch Network team is responsible for the
delivery of highly available and high performing DDI, load
balancing, and routing and switching services, for Edward Jones'
data center and cloud environments. This includes operations and
maintenance activities, as well as research, design, and
implementation of new solutions.
What You'll Do:Partner with other product and branch teams to
create (and publish) short term and long-term strategic roadmaps
for Branch network organization on an ongoing basisDemonstrate
leadership by setting clear expectations for various
cross-functional teams to ensure success of the "product"Drive &
coordinate development of Network infrastructure architecture,
design & performance ensuring key business strategies & processes
are supported by systems enabling enterprise growth &
flexibility.Translate the firm vision into Digital systems &
procedures, articulating this critical link to the company
stakeholders including the Executive Team, Technology staff &
associates.Participate effectively with Application Development,
Software Infrastructure, Compute, Security, & Operations teams to
ensure our systems environment addresses the needs of the
business.Ensure the technology selection, architecture, engineering
& automation lead to optimal operation, support & maintenance of
our Network infrastructure (i.e., Circuits, vendors, hardware &
peripherals).Ensure operational resiliency & availability of the
firm's networks through design principles & periodic
testing.Establish & measure performance relative to cost, value
creation & customer satisfaction with network performance &
availability for our key systems.---Lead & assist in building
relationships with vendors & creating cost-efficient
contracts.Manage project delivery efforts of a team of
infrastructure engineers.Leverage skills, knowledge & expertise to
provide suggestions, business cases, recommendations, &
improvements to existing technical platform solutions & physically
develop solutions that leverage technologies.Stay well-informed of
current, new, & emerging secure technology as well as best
practices in the Network infrastructure field.What Skills You
- Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience.
- 10+ Years' experience directly related to large branch
- 5+ years relevant leadership responsibilities.
- Knowledge of contemporary Network infrastructure - Core,
Branch, Cloud, Hybrid & SaaS.

this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on
skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a
potential new associate:
