Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help
U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We
continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual
investors.Edward Jones is seeking a highly skilled individual to
support the future vision of the Finance division as a senior
analyst focused on headcount reporting, analysis, and future state
of supporting processes and systems. Responsibilities include
developing and delivering comprehensive financial workforce
reporting, measures and analysis aiding in accountability of firm
resources. This role will also help support the development of
future state processes, systems and tools to aid in effective
headcount planning, reporting and analysis to inform business
decisions and strategies. Collaboration with key functional
stakeholders will include multiple areas of the firm including
Finance, FP&A, Firm Analytics, and HR.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Management
Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
- Relevant work experience will be considered
- MBA, advanced degree or certification is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with 5-7 years a
plus
Depth of Knowledge
- Human Resources, Business Intelligence and/or Analytics
experience is preferred.
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
- Human capital management (HCM) experience is a plus.

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
